Our Philosophy

Nursery Schools Roodepoort believes that young children learn through play, which is their work. The teachers get the kids excited about education through a combination of active play and structured activities. Children are innately curious and are capable of making meaningful discoveries when they are given opportunities to explore, play and experience.

Because they develop in their own way and time, Nursery Schools Roodepoort seeks to challenge the children’s growth and satisfy their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs on an individual basis.

The most important goal of Nursery Schools Roodepoort’s curriculum is to help children become enthusiastic learners. This means encouraging children to be active and creative explorers who are not afraid to try out their ideas and to think their own thoughts. Cognitive and Language: To help children become confident learners by helping them acquire skills such as the ability to ask questions, solve problems, and use words to describe their ideas, observations and feelings.

Physical: To help children increase their small and large muscle skills and feel confident about what their bodies can do.

We are a nursery school that offers day-care services, early learning and socialization for babies and toddlers.

​Learnings are incorporated through play, art, music & movement, storytelling and using practical skills.  Cognitive concepts regarding alphabet, numbers, basic concepts, Nursery Schools Roodepoort are all reinforced through said activities to develop their full potential.
