The mission of Creche Eastern Cape is to provide nursery students with the academic, ethical, and spiritual foundation to succeed in a diverse and challenging world. Creche Eastern Cape seeks to develop each child’s natural curiosity into a lifelong ability to think critically and creatively, and to love the experience of learning. We endeavour to be a safe and welcoming place where a challenging, yet nurturing environment instils in each child a respect for oneself, one’s religious and cultural heritage and one’s community, preparing them to advance through the years of education to come with the possible initial training.

Creche Eastern Cape aims to provide both an excellent early childhood education and loving care for all children. Acceptance, respect, and love for all is at the core of all of our program and instilled into the minds of all of the children who walk our halls, in the hopes of creating adults who share and cherish the values of learning, equality, and appreciation for the diversity our world has to offer.

Our Philosophy

At Creche Eastern Cape, we provide themes to introduce information while children explore and manipulate real objects and events. Our hands-on approach includes self-help skills; which encourage confidence, independence and develop positive self-esteem. We help children acquire the social and academic skills they need to succeed as lifelong learners.

Programs

Our curriculum at Creche Eastern Cape is designed to engage all students in active learning encouraging each child’s unique abilities. Our goal is to create a professional, yet warm and inclusive classroom environment at each of our schools.

Each of our classrooms is carefully designed and equipped with safe early childhood education, age-appropriate furnishings and toys. Classrooms are equipped with the latest technology. We organize our classrooms around a variety of learning centres, which are defined areas that allow children to play and explore materials. Learning centres include blocks, math manipulatives, housekeeping, music, s light table, art and library. Our playgrounds are spacious and equipped with early childhood playground equipment that is safe and age-appropriate for children.

Our Team

Creche Eastern Cape’s greatest asset is our team of professional, dedicated and nurturing teachers and administrators. Our teachers are credentialed in early childhood education and participate in professional development throughout the year to enhance the learning experiences for their students. Each staff member undergoes health screenings in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students.
